La rentr\u00e9e est un bon moment pour une prise de parole au sein des \u00e9quipes. Cette ann\u00e9e encore plus !
Si, dans vos objectifs, vous aviez \u00ab expliquer la strat\u00e9gie et ses orientations \u00bb, vous pourriez diffuser un message sur les perspectives de la rentr\u00e9e, vos espoirs\/craintes\u2026 Via un mail interne ? Un message vid\u00e9o ? Un message post\u00e9 sur l\u2019intranet ? Des r\u00e9unions en petits groupes ? Combien de temps apr\u00e8s recommencez-vous l\u2019exercice ?
