Il s’agit ici d’interroger vos collaborateurs sur leurs besoins. Si vous pensez que cela peut favoriser la d\u00e9marche vous pouvez permettre \u00e0 vos r\u00e9pondants de rester anonymes<\/b>.  En revanche, prenez soin, au d\u00e9but, de poser au moins une question vous permettant par la suite d’identifier vos cibles<\/b> et d’analyser vos r\u00e9sultats<\/b> de mani\u00e8re qualitative.<\/p>\n

Si vous ne demandez pas le pr\u00e9nom et le nom, demandez donc au moins si le r\u00e9pondant est manager par exemple… <\/p>\n

Ensuite, interrogez-les sur leur ressenti<\/b> quant aux actions que vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 men\u00e9es.
