1. Un entretien semi-directif avec le pr\u00e9sident et\/ou le DRH <\/b>pour comprendre le business de l'entreprise, son organisation, la typologie des collaborateurs, la culture d'entreprise dans laquelle ils \u00e9voluent. Cet entretien permet \u00e9galement de d\u00e9finir les enjeux et objectifs de communication.
2. Une analyse de vos outils de communication existants.
3. Des entretiens avec les membres du CODIR<\/b> et avec quelques collaborateurs<\/b> ou un questionnaire anonyme administr\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de l'ensemble de vos collaborateurs.
